At SportZbody, we are committed to delivering a premium experience from purchase through to post-delivery care. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make our returns process clear, efficient, and seamless.

Returns Overview

We offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided all conditions outlined below are met. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate your return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, items must be received in approved, saleable condition:

Unused and showing no signs of wear
All original labels and tags attached
Free from odours, including perfumes or deodorants
Free from make-up, stains, or markings
Unwashed and unaltered in any way

Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as FINAL SALE — including promotions such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday — are non-returnable, except where required under applicable law.

Return Approval Requirements

All return requests must include the following evidence:

Photo of the unworn item
Photo of the security tag
Photo of the original packaging
Photo showing a visible written date
A clear reason for return

Returns submitted without the required evidence cannot be approved.

Return Timeframe

Once your return request is approved:

Items must be shipped back within 14 days
Returns sent outside this window may be declined

Please do not return items without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping

We provide a structured return service for convenience and reliability:

A prepaid return label will be issued upon approval
If you choose to use your own courier, you assume full responsibility for the return, including:
- Tracking and proof of delivery
- Any customs duties or additional charges

Using our return service ensures no customs fees are incurred.

Europe (excluding UK) — £33

Once purchased, your label and any required commercial invoice will be emailed within 24 hours. These must be printed and securely attached to your parcel.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in customs delays, failed delivery, or rejection at our warehouse.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

You will receive an email confirmation
Approved refunds are processed within up to 10 days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Payment Providers & Disputes

By completing a purchase using providers such as Klarna, Clearpay, or similar services, you agree to SportZbody’s policies in full.

Customers must contact SportZbody directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Submitting a dispute without prior contact will be considered a breach of our terms.

In the event of a dispute, SportZbody reserves the right to provide:

Proof of delivery (including GPS and delivery confirmation)
Order and payment authorisation records
Customer communication history
Confirmation of policy acceptance at checkout

The following do not qualify as valid chargeback reasons:

Incorrect sizing or fit
Change of mind
Delivery delays within stated timeframes

Any false claims, fraudulent disputes, or attempts to retain goods while obtaining a refund will be escalated to relevant financial fraud prevention authorities.
