International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to over 200 countries, ensuring our collections are accessible worldwide.

When placing an international order, please ensure that your full delivery address is entered accurately. SportZbody cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

In the rare event that we are unable to ship to your location, our team will contact you directly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are out of our control and determined by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included at checkout
They are the responsibility of the customer
Fees vary depending on your country’s regulations

We recommend contacting your local customs office or courier to estimate potential charges before placing your order.

Important:

SportZbody is not responsible for customs delays or clearance processes
Orders must not be refused due to customs charges

If a delivery is refused:

The parcel will be returned to us
Return shipping fees (including DHL charges) will be deducted from your refund
If no instruction is provided, the parcel may be treated as abandoned and disposed of, making the order ineligible for a refund

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Region-Specific Guidance

European Union (EU):
Following Brexit, orders shipped to EU countries may incur customs duties and import taxes. These are mandatory and outside of our control.

United States:
Most shipments valued at $800 USD or less are typically exempt from duties and taxes.
For orders exceeding this value, we recommend splitting shipments where possible to minimise potential charges.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
During new product launches or sale periods, dispatch times may be extended by up to 10 additional business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

For express shipments, you will receive notifications via email and/or SMS from DHL. This service allows you to:

Security & Verification

To protect against unauthorised transactions, SportZbody may carry out additional security checks on selected orders prior to dispatch.

You may be asked to provide:

A valid photo ID matching the billing or delivery name
A partial image of the payment card (showing only the last 4 digits; all other details and CVV must be concealed)

Verification is completed via our secure form.

If verification is not provided, SportZbody reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
